The aim is to inform professionals who work with young people about everyday life in prison.
Current data and facts on the most common offenses and penalties are also provided.
For example: How many years does life imprisonment mean, what is meant by the particular gravity of the offense, and
How does preventive detention manifest itself? This information is important for caregivers so that they can understand it themselves and ultimately pass this knowledge on to young people accurately and credibly.
The GhJ project manager and a lawyer specializing in juvenile criminal law illustrate to employees of interested institutions, among other things, what daily life in prison looks like and what the visits of the youth groups to the prison are intended to achieve.
