Rising youth crime

Hardly any topic is as present in the public eye and in the media as violent children and adolescents.

Reports about youth violence are constantly making headlines. Minor offenses don't necessarily stop in themselves.

This poses a problem because such an offense can be seen as a minor, developmentally appropriate transgression. However, as soon as delinquency becomes a habit or the risk of it developing is perceived, action should be taken to prevent criminal biographies.
